Professional septic services.

The point of maintenance isn't to check boxes on a form. It's to catch the failing part before it's the failing system.

Tank cleaning & inspection

Sludge measurements, effluent quality checks, aerator and pump inspection, control-panel diagnostics — the whole system, not just the tank lid.

Real-estate inspections

Buying or selling a home with an aerobic system? We inspect for closing, produce written findings, and explain what's normal vs. what needs a repair estimate.

Preventive care that actually prevents things.

Preventive maintenance is the difference between pumping on a schedule and pumping at midnight. We use detailed inspection routines to catch component wear — aerator diaphragms, pump seals, sprinkler heads — before it cascades into a system failure.

Regular septic pumping on the right cadence extends the lifespan of every downstream component. We schedule it, we track it, and we tell you when it's due.

Chlorine management.

Chlorine keeps the disinfection stage of your aerobic system doing what the county requires. Whether your system takes tablets or liquid, keeping it topped up is one of the two or three things a homeowner actually has to think about.

Ask about our chlorine refill service — a scheduled drop-off so you don't have to remember. Details and pricing available on request.

Do's & don'ts.

A field-tested list from years of talking homeowners through it.

Do

  • Learn where your control panel is and what its normal indicators mean.
  • Keep chlorine topped up on the cadence your system requires.
  • Space out heavy water use — laundry across the week, not all at once.
  • Call the moment an alarm sounds — early is cheaper than late.

Don't

  • Flush wipes, grease, paints, or solvents — even if the label says "flushable."
  • Drive vehicles or heavy equipment across your drainfield.
  • Cover access risers with landscaping — we need to reach them.
  • Ignore the alarm because "it did that last month too."
